Payment is due when services are rendered, and may be made in cash, by personal check, or
with MasterCard or Visa. For patients who have insurance, only the portion of the fee not
expected to be covered by insurance is due at the time of service. As a convenience and
courtesy to our patients, we accept direct assignment of insurance benefits and handle
the necessary paperwork.
Also, as a service to you, we are able to offer one-year, interest-free financing. We will always discuss your treatment options and costs with you, and make appropriate financial arrangements before scheduling your appointment. |
